What is Ice Bath?
Ice bath means sitting in very cold water for a short time. The water has ice in it. This helps your body feel better and stronger.
Why Do We Use Cold Water?
Cold water is like medicine for your body:

What Happens During Ice Bath?
Before Going In:
- Our teacher explains everything
- You learn special breathing
- We check if you feel okay
- You can ask questions
In the Ice Bath:
- Water is very cold (like winter)
- You sit in water slowly
- Stay for 2-5 minutes only
- Breathe slowly and calmly
- Our teacher stays with you
After Ice Bath:
- Get warm towel quickly
- Drink warm tea
- Body feels very good
- Many people feel very happy

Good For:

How to Prepare
Before Ice Bath:
- Eat light food (not too much)
- Drink water
- Wear swimsuit or shorts
- Tell teacher if you feel sick
What We Give You:
- Clean towels
- Warm clothes after
- Hot tea or water
- Comfortable place to rest
When Does It Happen?
- During your yoga training
- Usually afternoon time
- Takes 30 minutes total
- Only 2-5 minutes in cold water
- Small groups (maximum 6 people)
