  •  If you need to cancel your booking, we offer a refund on the deposit for cancellations made more than 60 days before the course start date. Please note that a 10% deduction will apply to cover service charges, bank fees, and government taxes. The refund will be processed within 7 working days upon your request.
  •  For cancellations made within 60 days of the course start date, the deposit is non-refundable, but we do provide the option to reschedule to a future course date.
Airport pickup is included with every course booking at no additional cost. If you require drop-off or special transportation, this can be arranged for a nominal extra fee please inquire directly for details.

No, there are no hidden charges. All essential costs including meals, accommodation, airport pickup, and training materials—are included in the course fee. Laundry services are not included and are available at an additional cost.

Both your accommodation and three daily vegetarian/vegan meals are included within the quoted course fee. Dietary restrictions or special meal requests are accommodated at no additional charge.
