Vinyasa flow & Hatha Yoga
These Classes Include Asana Practice, teaching each Sun Salutation in-depth, learning and practicing Led and Mysore style Ashtanga Primary series, how to create your own Vinyasa flow sequence, How these styles can impact one’s life physically as well as mentally.

Philosophy
These sessions are available for the 2nd half of 100 hrs YTT, They go in-depth into life, through old scriptures, and understand how we can upgrade our lifestyle physically and mentally, both for our well-being. We teach concepts of old yogic scriptures like Bhagwat Geeta,the Yoga Sutras, the Upanishads, and the Vedas
Mantra, Meditation & Pranayama
Our Meditation and pranayama classes are built on experience, and they can definitely help people to heal themselves mentally & physically. In these classes, you will learn all these important Pranayama techniques and different meditation techniques along with Mantra chantings.
Anatomy
These lessons will upgrade your understanding of this physical body, How these Asana, Pranayama, and Meditation classes help us and can be used as Yoga Therapy for Wellbeing. In these classes, you will learn Skeleton, Muscular, Respiratory, Digestive Systems and Physiology.
100 hour yoga teacher training Schedule
We require full attendance from all students in our program. If anyone is feeling unwell or facing any difficulties, they must notify the instructors prior to the start of class.
Sunrise Beginnings
Your day starts with the rising sun. This special morning time is perfect for setting your intentions as you practice Mantra Chanting, Cleansing kriya, yoga poses, breathing exercises together.
Peaceful Breakfast
After morning practice, you’ll enjoy a healthy breakfast in quiet reflection. This peaceful meal helps you absorb what you’ve learned while nourishing your body.
Morning Learning
Following breakfast, you’ll dive into enriching lectures on yoga philosophy or anatomy. These sessions provide the theoretical foundation of your practice, where our experienced teachers integrate traditional Indian philosophy with practical applications.
Lunch and Rest Recharge
Midday brings a nourishing vegetarian lunch followed by a valuable rest period. This break allows your body to digest both food and knowledge, preparing you for the afternoon sessions. Many students use this time for journaling or quiet reflection in our peaceful surroundings.
Afternoon Practice
In the afternoon, you’ll focus on alignment techniques, teaching methodology, and Vinyasa flow practice. Our experienced E-RYT 500 teachers guide you through proper alignment principles, hands-on adjustments, and the art of sequencing dynamic Vinyasa classes.
Evening Calm
Each day ends with a calming meditation, helping you process everything you’ve learned before heading to Dinner and Rest.
Our Retreat Center
Our yoga center sits right in the middle of all this greenery. We have a cool swimming pool where you can splash around after yoga class, and traditional buildings with special roofs made from natural materials.
When you come here for our 11-day yoga teacher training, you’ll stay in nice rooms with air conditioning and comfy beds. We clean your room every day and make sure you have fresh water.
The best part is practicing yoga in our open-air space where you can hear birds singing and feel the gentle breeze. It’s way better than being stuck inside a boring building!
We only have 12 students in each class, so our teachers (who are super experienced) can help everyone properly. By the end of your time here, you’ll know how to teach yoga to others!
