Ashtanga yoga course in Bali

The Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training in Bali is a complete program that aims at giving students the knowledge of Traditional Ashtanga Yoga. Basing on Sri K. Pattabhi Jois’s principles, Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is an active and physically demanding yoga style that breathes and wraps-up the postures into a lineage.

At the end of the course, the students will be capable of demonstrating an extensive knowledge and technique of the Ashtanga Yoga system, developing and evolving the physical strength, flexibility, and endurance through consistent practice, investigating the multidimensional elements of Ashtanga Yoga, and giving them the necessary instruments for class instruction with no obstacles.

The starting point of the Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training course, is its comprehensive overview of Ashtanga Yoga giving a synopsis of its history, philosophy, and alignment principles. The next step will be a 90-minute Primary Series Immersion, where the students will be guided by experienced mentors every day during which they will practice the Primary Series. The course structure covers not only the advanced methods but also the Intermediate series and introduce the Yoga philosophy, Pranayama, and meditation.

Importent Rules for yoga students

  • All classes are important and  mandatory.
  • Always come to class 10 minutes early. If you are late, ask the teacher if you can join. But don’t just walk in.
  • During meditation, it’s good to be quiet. If you have a question, wait until the teacher is done talking.
  • You need to be healthy to do our courses. Before you join, check with your doctor.
  • If you have injuries or take medicine, tell our teachers before starting the course.
  • We want you to be safe and happy. If something goes wrong, we will try to help. But we are not responsible for everything.
  • If you stay with us, we decide where you sleep. Don’t change your mind at the last minute.
  • If you book early, you might get a discount. But other discounts are up to us to decide.
  • To get a certificate, you need to be here all the time, be on time, behave well, do your work, and do well in tests. If you don’t, we might not give you a certificate.
  • Don’t use drugs, alcohol, or smoke during our courses. It’s not allowed, and you might have to leave with no money back.
  • If you have a problem, tell us instead of fighting. We will help. And always be respectful to everyone.
  • Our teachers are fantastic, but sometimes we might need to change them. Don’t worry; we will always have experienced and great teachers for you.

Refund policy

  • To join our course, you need to pay Deposit €250.
  • The rest is due when you arrive. You can pay in different currencies, but not all of them.
  • If you want to pay online, use PayPal or a bank transfer at least one week before the course. Remember, you need to cover any extra fees.
  • Once you pay, we can’t give the money back or change it to a different time.
  • If something unexpected happens, and you need to cancel, we can adjust the money for a future course. But you must tell us a month before the course starts.
  • Sometimes, things might change at the last minute, like where we have the classes. We will tell you if that happens.
  • If we cancel a program, you can get all your money back, or you can choose something else.
