200 hour YTT all day Schedule
We require full attendance from all students in our program. If anyone is feeling unwell or facing any difficulties, they must notify the instructors prior to the start of class.
Sunrise Beginnings
Your day starts with the rising sun. This special morning time is perfect for setting your intentions as you practice Mantra Chanting, Cleansing kriya, yoga poses, breathing exercises together.
Peaceful Breakfast
After morning practice, you’ll enjoy a healthy breakfast in quiet reflection. This peaceful meal helps you absorb what you’ve learned while nourishing your body.
Morning Learning
Following breakfast, you’ll dive into enriching lectures on yoga philosophy or anatomy. These sessions provide the theoretical foundation of your practice, where our experienced teachers integrate traditional Indian philosophy with practical applications.
Lunch and Rest Recharge
Midday brings a nourishing vegetarian lunch followed by a valuable rest period. This break allows your body to digest both food and knowledge, preparing you for the afternoon sessions. Many students use this time for journaling or quiet reflection in our peaceful surroundings.
Afternoon Practice
In the afternoon, you’ll focus on alignment techniques, teaching methodology, and Vinyasa flow practice. Our experienced E-RYT 500 teachers guide you through proper alignment principles, hands-on adjustments, and the art of sequencing dynamic Vinyasa classes.
Evening Calm
Each day ends with a calming meditation, helping you process everything you’ve learned before heading to Dinner and Rest.
