Course Details

The course is taught in English, so basic English understanding is necessary. Over 21 transformative days, you’ll receive personal guidance from our experienced teachers, we limit each batch to just 14 students to ensure quality instruction.

We require full attendance from all students in our program. If anyone is feeling unwell or facing any difficulties, they must notify the instructors prior to the start of class.

Sunrise Beginnings

Your day starts with the rising sun. This special morning time is perfect for setting your intentions as you practice Mantra Chanting, Cleansing kriya, yoga poses, breathing exercises together.

Peaceful Breakfast

After morning practice, you’ll enjoy a healthy breakfast in quiet reflection. This peaceful meal helps you absorb what you’ve learned while nourishing your body.

Morning Learning

Following breakfast, you’ll dive into enriching lectures on yoga philosophy or anatomy. These sessions provide the theoretical foundation of your practice, where our experienced teachers integrate traditional Indian philosophy with practical applications.

Lunch and Rest Recharge

Midday brings a nourishing vegetarian lunch followed by a valuable rest period. This break allows your body to digest both food and knowledge, preparing you for the afternoon sessions. Many students use this time for journaling or quiet reflection in our peaceful surroundings.

Afternoon Practice

In the afternoon, you’ll focus on alignment techniques, teaching methodology, and Vinyasa flow practice. Our experienced E-RYT 500 teachers guide you through proper alignment principles, hands-on adjustments, and the art of sequencing dynamic Vinyasa classes.

Evening Calm

Each day ends with a calming meditation, helping you process everything you’ve learned before heading to Dinner and Rest.

The best part is practicing yoga in our open-air space where you can hear birds singing and feel the gentle breeze. It’s way better than being stuck inside a boring building!

Our training center is located in Bitera, Ubud, Gianyar Regency, Bali 80515, Indonesia. We’re surrounded by lush nature and situated near a river, creating a peaceful environment ideal for yoga practice and self-reflection.

Our day begins at 6:15 AM with morning practices and concludes around 7:00 PM. The schedule includes asana practice (morning and afternoon), philosophy lectures, anatomy classes, teaching methodology, pranayama, and meditation sessions. Three nutritious meals are provided throughout the day.

Assessment includes both written and practical examinations. The written exam covers philosophy, anatomy, and teaching methodology, while the practical assessment involves teaching a complete yoga class to demonstrate your skills and understanding.

Approximately 30% of our graduates go on to teach yoga professionally after completing our program. Many others deepen their personal practice and incorporate yoga teachings into their existing careers or daily lives.

Our airport pickup service is flexible. Simply inform us of any changes to your arrival time, and we’ll adjust the pickup accordingly. We maintain protocols for handling delays and cancellations to ensure you reach our center safely.

Yes, we incorporate cultural experiences including temple visits, traditional Balinese ceremonies, and a special Gebogan (Balinese offering) making workshop during graduation. On Sundays (free days), you can explore Ubud and surrounding areas

Upon successful completion, you’ll receive your 200-hour certificate, after which we’ll guide you through the process of registering with Yoga Alliance as an RYT-200 teacher.

We recommend comfortable yoga clothes, a light jacket for evenings, modest attire for temple visits, sunscreen, insect repellent, and any personal medications. All yoga props and materials are provided.

Most participants can enter Indonesia with a 30-day tourist visa (VOA – Visa On Arrival) available at the airport. For courses longer than 30 days, we recommend applying for a 60-day tourist visa in advance through your local Indonesian embassy.
