Enjoy free excursions to some of Bali’s most beautiful and spiritual landmarks as part of your training. Experience a refreshing day at a local waterfall, take part in a temple purification ritual, and visit a traditional coffee plantation to learn about Bali’s rich culture.Â

Acro Yoga Workshop
Experience the magic of Acro Yoga with us at the end of your first week! This workshop is perfect for complete beginners—no experience needed. We’ll start with the basics: learning to balance, build trust with partners, and have plenty of fun together. Our certified instructors will guide you step-by-step, making sure everyone feels safe and supported. Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to try something playful and different, you’ll love discovering what your body can do!
Arm Balancing Workshop
At the end of the 2nd week, we have our Arm Balancing Workshop. You’ll learn how to do arm balancing poses and handstand techniques, starting from the basics. Our teachers will show you each step and help you build strength and confidence—even if it’s your first time. Everyone can join and have fun while learning something new!
Ayurveda Lecture
On the 2nd day of the 3rd week, we have our Ayurveda introduction. You’ll learn what Ayurveda is, discover your body type, and get simple tips about healthy food and daily habits. Our teachers make it easy to understand, so you can care for yourself and feel your best—every day!

Yoga Teacher Training Day looks like
Yoga Ashram in Bali
Peaceful location in Ubud
Our yoga center sits right in the middle of all this greenery. We have a cool swimming pool where you can splash around after yoga class, and traditional buildings with special roofs made from natural materials.
When you come here for our 21-day yoga teacher training, you’ll stay in nice rooms with air conditioning and comfy beds. We clean your room every day and make sure you have fresh water.
The best part is practicing yoga in our open-air space where you can hear birds singing and feel the gentle breeze. It’s way better than being stuck inside a boring building!
We only have 12 students in each class, so our teachers can help everyone properly. By the end of your time here, you’ll know how to teach yoga to others!

Is the 200 Hour YTT Suitable for Pregnant Women?
No, we don’t recommend our 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training for pregnant women. The program involves intensive physical practice including Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga with early morning sessions and full days of training, which may not be suitable during pregnancy.
Can a Beginner Join the 200-Hour YTT?
Yes, our 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Bali YTTC is specifically designed to welcome beginners! You don’t need previous yoga experience to join our program.
Is There Free Time During the 200 hrs Training?
Yes, you’ll have free time during your 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Bali YTTC. While the program is intensive, we’ve built in breaks to help you rest and integrate what you’re learning:
- One full day off each week (Sundays) & Saturday is Excursion & Activities day
- A midday break after lunch for rest and personal time
- Evening time after the final meditation session
- Short breaks between sessions throughout the day

Can I Teach Anywhere After 200-Hour YTT?
How far in advance should I book the course?
We recommend booking at least 1-2 months in advance to secure your spot, as our small batch size (maximum 12 students) means courses fill quickly. Booking early also qualifies you for our early bird discount, available for registrations completed at least one month before the course start date.
What does a typical day look like during the 200-hour training?
Our day begins at 6:15 AM with morning practices and concludes around 7:00 PM. The schedule includes asana practice (morning and afternoon), philosophy lectures, anatomy classes, teaching methodology, pranayama, and meditation sessions. Three nutritious meals are provided throughout the day.
