To receive a certificate, we kindly ask for consistent attendance, punctuality, respectful conduct, diligent effort, and satisfactory performance. Failing to meet these requirements may result in withholding the certificate.

Refund policy
To secure your spot, we kindly request a deposit of €400 upon registration.
The remaining balance is due upon your arrival. We accept various currencies, though some limitations may apply.
For online payments via PayPal or bank transfer, please settle at least one week before the course commences. Kindly note that any additional fees are to be covered by you.
Once your payment is processed, we regret that refunds are not available but you can change the dates of Your TTC.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances necessitating cancellation on your part, we would be happy to transfer your payment to a future course, provided you notify us at least a month in advance.
Occasionally, last-minute changes, such as venue adjustments, may occur. Should this happen, we will promptly inform you.
If we must cancel a program, you will receive a full refund, or you may choose to apply your payment to an alternative offering.
