Ich kam auf Empfehlung zu diesem Yoga Trainingszentrum. Ich habe 200 h gebucht. Was mir super gefallen hat: -Wir waren eine kleine Gruppe von sechs Mädels. -Die Zimmer waren sehr schön mit Klimaanlage. -Das Programm war intensiv, lehrreich und Vivek ist ein toller Lehrer. -Wir haben an zwei Freitagen Ausflüge, zu einer Tempelanlage mit reinigender Waschung, zu einer Kaffeeplantage, zu einem Wasserfall und zum Strand gemacht. -Die Betreuung und die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Was hat mir nicht so gut gefallen: -Die Anlage hat sehr, sehr viele Treppen und viele davon sind unheimlich rutschig. Man muss wirklich vorsichtig sein, dass man nicht ausrutscht. -Das Essen war lecker, hätte aber noch gesünder und mehr Protein beinhalten können. I can wholeheartedly recommend the 200 hours Yoga Teacher Training with YTTC in Bali ! The course is very well structured and gradually builds up the training program over the course of 3 weeks. Vivek is an excellent teacher, a good observer and listener. He is mindful of the different skill levels of the students and manages the course so that every student is able to learn and progress with the group. The content of the teacher training is excellent - superb balance between learning the correct alignment of asanas - building experience, adjustment skills for teaching students, Yoga history and lots of important knowledge about body and mind. I just completed my 200hr YTT here, and the experience is truly amazing ✨ Our teacher and friend, Vivek, is approachable, knowledgeable and supportive. I enjoyed all of the classes very much, especially the philosophy and alignment classes. We had a small group, so we had detailed discussion and about poses and modifications, this really helped me to practice with more awareness, and to adjust people confidently. I’ve been practising Ashtanga for a while, but I observed big improvement during my days here. Vivek shared a lot of tips to improve jumps/vinyasa and prevent injuries. For new Ashtangi, he gave sufficient guidance and adjustments. Yuli is our Vinyasa teacher, I liked the creative flows she crafted and her energetic personality. I not only learned a lot about yoga, but also that if you practise a lot, you can do anything you want. Vivek has a great knowledge about yoga and really strives to create a great experience. You learn about anatomy, the correct alignment of poses and pranayama. Vivek encourages everybody and I definitely have the feeling that I can be a yoga teacher. The location is a small hotel with 6 rooms. It really feels like "family" after 21 days. It's a bit away from the hustle in ubud.... In the jungle. So you shouldn't be afraid of animals. I once had a frog in my room :-) It takes about 20 minutes to get to the center in Ubud - it's a bit too far to go to Ubud during the breaks. However, I also think that time for rest and relaxation is also part of a yoga teacher training course. If you are looking for a great experience and highly personalized training, you've come to the right place! I got my certificate (200hrs Ashtanga/Vinyasa style) in January 2025 and couldn't be happier with my decision to enroll this YTT. Vivek is an amazing teacher and a better human 🌼 His ability and didactic methodology will bring you a lot of knowledge and new insights about what yoga is. In my case, I went as an empty book and after 21 days I got a new perspective on life. Yuli is the other jewel you'll find in this training 🌸 Her positivity and charisma add a light and wonderful touch to the afternoons. You're sure to enjoy her Vinyasa classes full of surprises. I think the training is very well structured, although 21 days is a short time to learn everything. Our scheduled classes included anatomy, philosophy, mantras and their chanting, kriyas, asana adjustments, teaching methodology, and lots of laughter. Our group was small, so the most valuable gift was the total attention we received. Every question, suggestion and feedback was answered in a timely manner and was greatly appreciated. ___ PS: the vegetarian food, facilities and staff at the center are wonderful.
