No, we do not recommend our 100-hour Yoga Teacher Training for pregnant women. The program involves intensive physical practice including Hatha and Vinyasa yoga with early morning sessions and full days of training, which may not be suitable during pregnancy.

Yes, our 100-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Bali YTTC is specifically designed to welcome beginners! You don't need previous yoga experience to join our program. It's a great way to build a solid foundation.

Yes, you'll have free time during your 100-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Bali YTTC. While the program is intensive, we've built in breaks to help you rest and integrate what you're learning: one full day off each week (Sundays), Saturday excursion and activity days, a midday break after lunch for rest and personal time, and evening time after dinner.

Yes, you will receive a certification of completion from our Yoga Alliance Registered School. While the 100-Hour training is a foundational step (often representing the first half of a full 200-Hour curriculum) and is excellent for deepening your practice, you must complete a full 200-Hour training to register as an RYT-200 with Yoga Alliance to teach globally.

We recommend booking at least 1-2 months in advance to secure your spot, as our small batch size (maximum 12 students) means courses fill quickly. Booking early also qualifies you for our early bird discount.

Our day begins at 6:00 AM with morning practices (mantra, pranayama, and asana) and concludes around 7:30 PM after a community dinner. The schedule includes asana practice, philosophy lectures, anatomy classes, alignment and adjustment labs, and meditation sessions. Three nutritious vegetarian meals are provided throughout the day.
