Lineage & Foundations

The Journey of Self Mastery

I started practicing yoga at the age of 11, at Vidya Mandir, a traditional school where mantra yoga and hatha yoga were simply part of how we grew up. That's where it all began for me, not as something separate from life, but woven into it from a young age. After finishing school, I went deep into Hatha yoga and earned my diploma from Avdhoot Ashram, under the guidance of my guru. Those years shaped me, not just my practice, but my discipline and my understanding of myself. During this time, I also went deeper into Ashtanga Vinyasa flow and Iyengar yoga, building a strong foundation in alignment and strength, both in body and mind. Alongside my yoga journey, I completed my Bachelor's in Science, and after that, I pursued a Master's degree in Yogic Science. It felt like the natural next step, combining academic understanding with everything I had already learned through years of practice. Since then, I've taught many Yoga Teacher Trainings, passing on what I've learned to students from all over the world. My roots are in Rishikesh, the yoga capital, but my teaching has taken me to Goa, Bali, Thailand, Malaysia, and several other countries. Today, I work across styles Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Iyengar, and Yoga Therapy with a special focus on alignment and adjustment. My teaching comes from my own experience the years of practice, discipline, and self-discovery that shaped who I am. My vision is simple: to help people connect with their higher self, and find oneness of body, mind, and soul. I believe that's what leads to a life that's happier, more balanced, and more harmonious. And it's that same energy and dedication I try to bring to every student I teach.
