Payment & Refund Policy

To confirm your spot in our course, we kindly request an advance booking deposit of $300. You can conveniently make this deposit through Paypal or net banking. Please note that for foreign participants, a 5% government tax will be applied to the booking fee, as required by banks and the government.

Once your deposit is successfully processed, we will send you an official booking confirmation letter. The remaining balance of your course fees can be settled upon your arrival at the school, either by credit card, debit card, or cash.

Refund Policy

  • If you need to cancel your booking, we offer a refund on the deposit for cancellations made more than 60 days before the course start date. Please note that a 10% deduction will apply to cover service charges, bank fees, and government taxes. The refund will be processed within 7 working days upon your request.
  • For cancellations made within 60 days of the course start date, the deposit is non-refundable, but we do provide the option to reschedule to a future course date.
  • If you need to cancel after starting the course, we kindly ask for your understanding that the course fees are non-refundable at that point.
