Tresna is a proud Balinese woman and an essential part of the Bali Yoga Teacher Training Center family. As our Student Support and Ceremony Manager, she plays a vital role in ensuring that every student's journey is smooth, comfortable, and deeply connected to Balinese culture. Being a local Balinese, Tresna oversees and coordinates all traditional ceremonies and cultural activities, helping students experience the authentic spiritual traditions of Bali with respect and understanding. Her knowledge of local customs, temples, and ceremonies brings a unique cultural dimension to our trainings. Known for her warm smile, kindness, and dedication, Tresna is always available to assist students with any questions or concerns throughout their stay. Whether arranging ceremonies, offering guidance, or simply providing support, she is committed to making every student feel welcomed, cared for, and at home in Bali. Her genuine hospitality and passion for sharing Balinese culture make her an invaluable member of the Bali YTTC team.

Distribute weight evenly across all four corners of both feet., Engage quadriceps to lift knee caps; tuck tailbone slightly., Draw shoulders down and back, extending energy through crown of the head.

Strengthens and stretches ankles and calves; opens shoulders.

Alignment Key Focus:

Sink hips as in Chair Pose; cross one thigh over the other., Wrap foot behind calf if accessible; cross opposite arm on top., Lift elbows to shoulder height and push forearms forward.

Forearm Stand

Strengthens shoulders, arms, and back; improves sense of balance.

Alignment Key Focus:

Place forearms parallel on mat, elbow distance apart., Walk feet in close, lifting hips (Dolphin Pose)., Kick up smoothly, squeezing inner thighs and pressing floor away.
