VIVEK JI
Vivek Ji, a dedicated yogi whose journey into the world of yoga began at the age of 10 while attending Vidya Mandir School in his hometown of Rishikesh, India. Under the guidance of his guru from Avdhoot Ashram, Vivek went deep into the practice of Hatha yoga, setting the foundation for his lifelong passion. His thirst for knowledge led him to pursue a Master’s degree in Yoga Science from the Sanskrit University, where he honed his skills and understanding of the ancient discipline.
Vivek started teaching yoga at the young age of 19 and has since become a master of various styles including Hatha, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa, as well as the art of alignment and adjustment, Yoga Therapy. His teaching methodology focuses on alignment & strength of the body & mind, something that he gathered in his formative years through his experience. Vivek’s vision is to help people connect with their higher self by creating oneness of body, mind, and soul, thus leading them towards a happy, harmonious, and balanced life. With years of experience and expertise under his belt, Vivek continues to inspire and guide students on their yoga journey with warmth, wisdom, and unwavering dedication.
SANDEEP JI
Sandeep ji Born and brought up in a Brahmin Family, in higher himalaya place call Uttarkashi qualification Master degree in Yogic science from Sanskrit university Haridwar.
Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Pranayama and Meditation all subject and 200 hours and 300 hours register yoga teacher of yoga Alliance . he has been teaching last 10 years sharing his knowledge and teaching to right seekers . Learning from some great yogis and receiving his Spiritual training from experts, he is specialized in Ashtanga Yoga and asana Alighnment & adjustment, pranayama With a firm belief that Yoga is a Science and exceeds the body practices, he shares the mystical and spiritual aspects attached to it.
SACHIN JI
Yogi Sachin is a master of yoga in traditional hatha, Vinyasa flow & meditation styles. Since childhood he lived in different Ashrams in north India and learned Yoga from himalayan masters. He is practicing yoga more then last 12 years. Yoga is his lifestyle thats way he decided to dedicate himself to it. After completion of master degree (yogaacharya) in yoga in Sanskrit University of Uttarakhand he started to share his knowledge to his students. In fee time Sandeep used to go to spiritual place in Kedarnath and Badrinath to balance his energy and develop more in his practice. He is very polite and passionate teacher, he can teach either beginners or advanced students as well.
LILLY JI
Lily’s yoga journey began at the young age of 16 in her hometown in Germany. She started practicing asanas, initially focusing on vinyasa yoga at a local yoga school. This early exposure to yoga sparked a passion that would shape her future path.
As Lily continued her practice, she found herself drawn more towards the Ashtanga style of yoga. This shift marked a deepening of her commitment to the discipline and a growing interest in the more traditional and rigorous aspects of yoga practice.
In 2019, Lily’s dedication to yoga led her to take a significant step in her journey. She traveled to Bali, Indonesia, to complete her first Yoga Teacher Training Course (YTTC). This experience not only enhanced her personal practice but also equipped her with the skills to share her knowledge with others.
Continuing her education and growth, Lily embarked on a second Teacher Training Course in India in 2023. This immersion in the birthplace of yoga likely provided her with a deeper understanding of the philosophical and cultural aspects of the practice.
Following her training in India, Lily further specialized her expertise by completing a 300-hour Ashtanga-Vinyasa training in Bali. This intensive course would have significantly advanced her knowledge and teaching abilities in these specific yoga styles.
Looking ahead, Lily plans to expand her yoga repertoire even further. She is scheduled to attend a 50-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training Course in September 2024. This addition will broaden her skillset, allowing her to offer a more diverse range of yoga styles to potential students.
Lily’s yoga journey showcases a committed and evolving practice. From her teenage years in Germany to her travels across Asia for advanced training, she has consistently sought to deepen her understanding and skills in yoga. Her progression from student to teacher, and her continuous pursuit of knowledge in various yoga styles, demonstrates a profound dedication to the practice and a desire to grow both personally and professionally in the field of yoga.
