PERFECTLY DESIGNED YOGA TEACHER TRAINING
EXPERIENCE BALI & BECOME A TEACHER
What activities are included in the yoga teacher training program?
Our comprehensive YTT program includes cultural immersion activities like Holy Temple Purification ceremonies, Balinese Welcome and Graduation ceremonies with traditional Gabogan making, specialized yoga workshops including Handstand and Acro Yoga training, healing experiences like Sound Healing sessions and Ice Bath therapy, creative workshops such as Mandala making, and nature experiences including Beach Yoga sessions. All activities are designed to enhance your yoga journey and provide authentic Balinese cultural experiences.
Are all activities and workshops included in the course fee?
Yes, absolutely! All activities, workshops, and cultural experiences are included in your course fee. There are no additional charges for temple visits, ceremonies, specialized workshops, or healing sessions. This includes transportation to temples and beaches, all materials for workshops, and guidance from our experienced instructors throughout each activity.
Do I need prior experience for the specialized workshops?
No prior experience is required for any of our workshops. Our Handstand Workshop is designed for beginners and progresses gradually with proper alignment techniques. The Acro Yoga Workshop focuses on trust-building and basic partner poses suitable for all levels. Our experienced instructors provide modifications and alternatives to ensure everyone can participate safely regardless of their current skill level.
When do these activities happen during the training program?
Activities are thoughtfully scheduled throughout your 21-day program to complement your learning. Cultural ceremonies typically occur at the beginning (Welcome) and end (Graduation) of your training. Specialized workshops are integrated into weekday schedules, usually in the afternoon after asana practice. Beach Yoga and temple visits often happen on weekends. The complete activity schedule is provided upon arrival.
What should I wear for temple visits and Balinese ceremonies?
For temple visits, you'll need to wear a traditional Balinese sarong and sash, which we provide. Shoulders and knees must be covered, and we recommend comfortable walking shoes that can be easily removed. For ceremonies, modest clothing is required - long pants or skirts and covered shoulders. We provide detailed guidelines and traditional attire to ensure you're appropriately dressed for these sacred experiences.
Is the Ice Bath Experience safe for everyone?
The Ice Bath Experience is conducted under professional supervision with safety as our priority. It's optional for all students, adjustment. Students with heart conditions, pregnancy, or other health concerns should consult our instructors beforehand.Â
