What are the difference between 100 hours, 200 hours and 300 hours Yoga Teacher Training?
There are 3 different length of Yoga Programs made by Yoga alliance.
First is 100 Hrs Yoga Teacher Training which is normally 12 Days long and made for beginners, we also Refer this type of Teacher Trainings as Short term Teacher Training.
Second is 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training, Which is normally 21 to 25 Days long and made for intermediate Yogis, after completion of this program, You are allowed to Teach beginner level of Yoga.
Third is 300 hour Yoga teacher Training, Which is 30 Days long and made for advance person, who has completed their 200 hours Yoga TTC before, After you finish this program, you are allowed to teach intermediate level Yoga.
What kind of Dress we can wear during Yoga Teacher Training in Bali?
Balinese are very peaceful and open minded people, there are no limitation for cloths, but still we need to respect culture, avoid too short cloths. Rest during opening and ending ceremony only white cloths are compulsory, and rest of the time suring Yoga course you are allowed to wear any cloths.
